Wild Weekend: Random Recipes: Chicken Stir-Fry!

Chicken Stir-Fry originated from Asia and ill be showing you a quick way to make it! :)\

Ingredients

1/2 boneless skinless chicken breast
1+ cup frozen Asian vegetables
1+ cup canned Asian vegetables
1/4 cup stir-fry sauce
1 tbsp. cooking oil

Steps

  1. Cut meat into 1-2 in. strips
  2. Cut vegetables into similar sized pieces on a separate cutting board from the chicken
  3. Heat Wok on medium-high (a wok is an Asian frying pan)
  4. Put oil onto wok and swirl until it coats bottom of pan
  5. Add mean and use a rubber scraper to stir constantly for about 2 minutes or until both the in and outside of the meat is white, not pink
  6. Add vegetables and cook and stir for about 2 minutes or until slightly crisped
  7. Add Stir-Fry Sauce and cook for another 2 minutes
  8. Serve immediately, over rice, topped with Chinese noodles if desired
